Kumar Deep is a Graduate in Commerce, Graduate in Law and a qualified Company Secretary registered with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is having more than 10 years of professional working experience in managing Corporate Legal, Secretarial Compliances & Corporate Governance related matters with various national and multinational companies. Kumar’s practice focus is Corporate Secretarial Compliance and General Corporate Commercial laws. He has experience of working with reputed law firms viz. Seth Dua & Associates. He specializes in Company Law, Banking Law, Labour Law, Legal Due-Diligence, FEMA, Insolvency Law, Banking & RBI related matters and Regulatory Affairs.

Ms. Abhilasha Gupta is a B.A. LL.B and enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi for more than 5 years. She has been attached with Litigation in various Delhi District Courts and many Tribunals. She has the expertise and good knowledge of handling and advising clients in various litigations. She has the experience of arguing and appearing before the various judicial and quasi-judicial authorities of the country including District courts, consumer forum, state commission, Lok Adalats, etc.

Ms. Amrita has done LL.B. and got enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi in the year 2015. She is practicing as a litigation lawyer and appearing in various Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial forums. She possesses sound knowledge of consumer laws, insurance laws, and laws relating to cheque bouncing. Ms. Amrita has handled matters in civil as well as the criminal side. She also handled revenue matters and land & property-related disputes.

Dr. Manoj Gahlaut is PH.D in law, Master Degree in Law from Punjab University, Chandigarh and graduated in law from Law Centre, Delhi University and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council of Delhi in 1994. He is having more than 30 years of legal and professional working experience in various fields of law. He has completed his designated knowledge and experience of various courts in India. Renu Aggarwal is a practicing Company Secretary registered with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from University of Delhi. Ms. Aggarwal has working experience of more than 10 years in dealing with company law matters and managing regular Corporate Secretarial Compliances. She advised clients on setting up of business entities viz, company, LLP, partnership firms, start-ups etc.
